  • Can I participate in Purina® for Professionals™ if we don't currently use Purina products?

    Yes! All pet professionals are eligible to enrol in P4P.

  • How do I sign up to the program?

    Please visit our online application to sign up to the program, or contact the P4P team.

  • What products are available through the Purina® for Professionals™ program?

    Purina® Pro Plan®, Purina® Tidy Cats®, Purina® Care products and Andis®. Select professional support products such as P4P merchandise and  Puppy & Kitten Starter Kits are also an exclusive feature of the program.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    PayPal, Mastercard and Visa are accepted.

  • How do I place an order in the Purina® for Professionals™ program?

    The process is quick and simple. Just log into your P4P account, select the products you wish to purchase, and complete the checkout process.

  • How many times can I order in a month?

    You may order as many times as you like.

  • How do I change the contact information or shipping information on my account?

    To update your contact information, shipping information and other account preferences, please visit your account page.

  • Does Purina guarantee the quality of the products I order?

    If you are not satisfied with any part of your order, we will replace the product or products at no additional cost or refund your money. If you have questions or concerns regarding delivery please contact the P4P team or call 1800 P4P PET.

  • How do I place an order if I’m not near a computer?

    The Purina® for Professionals™ online store can be accessed from any device with an internet connection, including tablets and smartphones.

  • I need to know more information on feeding and nutrition. Whom should I contact?

    If you have a product and/or nutrition related queries please contact the P4P team or call 1800 P4P PET.

  • How will my order be delivered?

    Your order will be delivered to your door via one of our transport partners in 5-7 days.

  • How do I retrieve my username or password?

  • Who do I contact if I have questions about my order?
